So if you're anything like me, the first thing you do when you are getting ready to host an event is go to Pinterest for inspiration. I mean you should always do your homework when planning parties, because there are so many brilliant ideas out there that no single person could ever think of by themself. Researching theme ideas and drink recipes helps me to get those little details in check to make a party perfect!
I have a confession...
I do have favorites!!!! At least when it comes to hostesses. I just keep coming back to these brilliant blogs, Pinterest, and social media accounts because their ideas are to die for! I wanted to share a few of my favorite inspirational Hostess-Bosses with you so you can get the inspiration you need for your next event!
Amanda Saitontz Gluck, the Fashionable Hostess
This boss woman is a decor expert, event stylist, and a mom! She's got a little bit of everything when it comes to event planning on her blog, the fashionable hostess. She's got tablescapes, recipes, home decor, and much more! My favorite blog post of hers is her killer Mimosa Bar! I referenced this for so many brunches.
Of course I can't finish this post without mentioning the hostessing guru, Martha Stewart! Unless you live under a rock, you've heard of her stellar recipes and adorable crafting ideas. Not many people know about her blog, Martha Up Close and Personal! It's filled with even more ideas that you can search for at your own leisure. It's the 21st century afterall, we don't have to wait for TV specials anymore. Check out her blog for adorable ideas, like this one on Picnic Essentials!
Style Me Pretty
I LOVE Style Me Pretty because they pretty much cover anything that can be glamorous! My favorite segment of theirs is their entertaining, but they do so much more than that! From fitness to weddings to the dinner table, Style Me Pretty has got you covered. Check out their Instagram for a feed jam packed with sweet ideas!
The Hostess Haven
Their lookbook is SO chic and stylish. I love their table setting inspiration from Instagram. Things like this keep me inspired with new centerpieces and floral bouquets for the table.
Keep in mind, these are only a few of my favorites! For more of my favorite hostesses, fashionistas, and bloggers, check out my Pinterest account :-)
