Fun Frosé Popsicles!!!!

A summer cool down is always needed... Frosé Popsicles are the way to go!!

Frozen Popsicles + Rosé= Frosé Popsicles.... SAY WHAT!?

Something you must know about me is that I am a pretty big fan of rosé & the fact that I can also put some rosé in popsicle form, I have now found my new summer treat!!

This is such a perfect treat to match up with your favorite fruits to create the prettiest popsicle you've ever seen!!

This idea that I got from Camille Styles is PERFECT for your Fourth of July celebrations coming up! Just add some Rosé with some strawberries and blueberries and you have your Red, White and Blue treat to serve as the fireworks are going off on that hot summer night!! :-)

Serves 10

(for Camille Styles Fourth of July Popsicles)
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 tablespoons sugar divided
1/2 bottle rosé wine (I used La Crema Monterey Pinot Noir Rosé)
1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries

  1. Mix coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of the sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended. Divide mixture between 10 popsicle molds and freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.

Meanwhile, place wine, strawberries, remaining tablespoon sugar and extracts in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over frozen coconut milk layer in each popsicle mold. Top with blueberries.

Insert a popsicle stick into each mold. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.

I cannot wait to use this sweet treat with all of my favorite fruits to use for so many celebrations throughout the year!

Cheers! :-)
