An Amazing Moist Banana Bread Recipe I need to share with the world!
OK guys! Recently I’ve been buying bananas and forgetting about them. I always hate wasting food because it’s money wasted and food that could be eaten but I have about 3 bananas at a time that get brown and spotty and usually I end up throwing them away...
I realized that it’s such a waste and decided to make banana bread one day with my leftovers and what I had in the kitchen!! BEST IDEA EVER!!
In turned out to be the MOST amazing banana bread I have ever had. I mean guys, I really think I did something here.
Usually, when I make desserts with my girls, I feel a little guilty eating them because of how sweet and sugary they are, but this banana bread totally makes me feel guilt FREE and happy that these bananas are being put to use- YES!!
Ok so making up this recipe as I went on, there’s a lot of room to add whatever you want so take this as a foundation to the best banana bread you’ll make- Make it your own and I know you'll LOVE it!!
The full recipe
- 3 overripe bananas. The mushier the better!
- 1 egg
- Maybe ¾ cups of honey
- Almost a cup of flour, or almond flour
- Pinch of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- A teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Optional (Fold in dark chocolate chips and walnuts)
- Half a cup of coconut oil or butter
Then I baked it at 350 for 2 episodes of The Office .
